A: We are factory established in 2003.

Q: Where is UPSAN located at?
A: Our company is located at No.108, JinXiu Road, Luoxing Street, Jiashan County, Zhejiang
Province, China. About 1 hour from Shanghai Hongqiao airport.

Q: How about after-sales service?
A: 12 months warranty from the date of installation or 15 months from the day of delivery.

Q: Can you do OEM orders?
A: Yes, you can provide us with your needs, we will negotiate with our technician and get it back
to you soon.

Q: Do you serve technical support?
A: Only if you arrange the translator, transportation and accommodation, we are willing to
dispatch our engineer to abroad. The extra costs and details can be discussed.

A: Firstly, we could make a video call to see if it can be solved.
Secondly, if it cannot be solved through the call, we might sent the wearing parts or
