Former Leominster business owner sells manufacturing building for $1.7M | Worcester Business Journal

A 20,000-square-foot manufacturing building at 45 Francis St. in Leominster has sold for $1.65 million, according to the Worcester North District Registry of Deeds.

The deal closed on July 1.

The 1.6-acre property is home to a Comairco Equipment Inc. facility, a Laval, Quebec-based compressed air equipment company, The company will remain at that location, according to Northborough-based Greater Boston Commercial Properties, whose president, Bret O’Brien represented the buyer, Francis MacLean Realty Trust.

The remaining 10,000 square feet are available for lease from Greater Boston Commercial Properties.

The seller was DC Properties LLC, registered to Donald and Cynthia Guilbeault who founded D.R. Guilbeault Air Compressor, LLC and sold the company to Comairco in 2019. DC Properties bought the property in 2014 for $870,000, according to the Worcester North District Registry of Deeds.

The property is assessed by the City of Leominster for $864,300.
